We envision these three services working together, each fully engaged in and supporting the project from start to finish. This provides customers with a broad and holistic look at their project, as opposed to a step-by-step glimpse at a time. This helps YOU by showing you what your project looks like and how much it costs at any point during the project duration. You are completely in control of the end result from start to finish. There are no surprises here.
Our Three-Part Process
A typical project occurs in three distinct phases, each one supporting and flowing into the others.
Step One: Design. The design phase includes test fitting, space planning, and budget costing. This allows customers to “try out” a project to see exactly how the timing, budget and layout will work and how they will affect the business. We never rush this part of the process, letting customers take as long as they need to achieve their final design. This is the time to dream big, try out something new, and explore the latest in office design and construction. From that initial design, we then revise project parameters to meet business constraints like timing and budget or space constraints. Amazing tools and technology like 3D modeling and close consultation with our interior designers allow customers to easily envision the final product.
Step Two: Build. Once we have finalized the design, we draw up build documents and create a hard budget. After that, it’s time to get to work. Every project is competitively bid with itemized costs, a detailed schedule is prepared and a designated site manager and office project manager assigned. Dedicated points of contact minimize miscommunication and make it easier for our clients to ask questions and receive answers. Communication is key and you are kept 100% aware and informed of each day’s progress.
Step Three: Furnish. Unlike most construction firms, we don’t step away once the build is complete. We take pride in offering over 450 lines of furniture and custom millwork. We know that a completed space isn’t making you money until your staff is settled in and working and we love taking each project all the way to the finish line. From data and IT solutions to final furniture assembly, we deliver an integrated and seamless “one-stop shop” approach.
