Challenge

An international ingredients company was consolidating 3 entities into the top floor of a Class A building in Itasca, IL. The 34,000 square foot space was a mirror image of the other side, but with drastically different renovation needs and timelines. Our challenge was to create a space with shared amenities, bringing these independent divisions into a cohesive and collaborative environment.

Solution

We were able to mobilize this project into two phases focusing on the immediate needs of Prinova, which needed to be operational in 7 weeks. Key Interiors created a centralized amenities area consisting of a shared break room, reception lounge, conference rooms and flex spaces. Workstations were customized to optimize communication and flexibility. The Zen finishes and soothing textures create an inviting place to work.
